Administrative Assistant

Ltc Coatings (s) Pte Ltd

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily HR functions.
  • Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
  • Update and maintain training records
  • Managing and maintaining employee data in the system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Carry out end to end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures and staff training.
  • Prepare quotation/tender if any
  • Any ad-hoc matters

Requirement

Min N level

No experience required

Training will be provided.
