Job Description
- Assist with the ISO, NEA and BizSAFE Licence Renewal or New application.
- Handle and coordinate training applications, ensure that employees are registered for trainings/courses promptly.
- Manage and review if employees are eligible for relevant courses or training Centre.
- EPJS Training Absentee Payroll submission for Grant.
- Manage all kinds of reports from Group level and MOM surveys.
- Update listing and renewal of Group insurance including Work injury compensation and Foreign Worker Medical.
- Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports.
Internal Auditor Job scope
- Prepare ISO , NEA and internal audit documentation.
- Liaise with Certification bodies for certification and surveillance audits.
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately is preferred.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or related discipline or 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
- Ability to multi-task, independent, interpersonal skills,good team player, and resourceful
