Job Responsibilities:
- Integrate existing MarTech stack, including working with vendor to build strategy to bridge identified gaps
- Improve MarTech stack utilization across existing solutions such as Braze, Adobe Analytics (AA), Adobe Target (AT) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to help drive or uplift marketing performance through personalisation and experimentation, including areas such as customer journey management and web analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their needs and requirements for technology systems and make recommendations accordingly.
- Guide and educate business units on best use of marketing technology platform and align on integration plans.
- Perform database analysis to propose effective customer value proposition, targeted promotions, and personalized content & activities with the different business units.
- Set up audience segments, marketing automation journeys and personalization activities on our marketing platforms
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant fields
- Good understanding of marketing concepts and technologies such as CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, web analytics, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL
- Experience working with JIRA, MS Office, Visio, Lucid Charts and/or project management tools is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
