Responsibilities :
- Support daily operation of in Finance, HR and Admin Department.
- Record suppliers’ invoices and staff claims.
- Process payments.
- Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA.
- Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
- Perform financial month end closing.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Prepare and submit GST returns.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
- Maintain accounting files and records.
- Support in financial audits.
- Handle HR and general administrative duties.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- A level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous
- Able to work independently and as a team to support each other
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- 5 days, 830am to 530pm, Clementi MRT
- Basic + AWS + VB + Transport allowance
