Responsibilities:
- Prepare of shipping documents, tradenet and other administrative duties;
- Liaise with Government Bodies and other vendors for related shipping certificates;
- Liaise with Warehouse and Transport companies to ensure operation meet the shipping schedule;
- Follow up with suppliers on orders management;
- Handling of day-to-day operations issues.
Requirement:
✅At least GCE 'O' Level with 2 years’ relevant experience;
✅A proactive team player who possess initiative and able to work independently;
✅Equipped with knowledge in shipping import/export procedures, trade terms and L/C clause.
