Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant is in charge of organising and coordinating the business development oversight process within South East Asia, aiming at increasing the quality, competitiveness, and compliance with group investment guidelines of Engie’s investments in Energy Efficiency and decentralized renewable projects in the region. The Administrative Assistant will liaise with the Business Development (BD) team and all other relevant departments involved, to organize and document the process in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the Business Development community to schedule and organize the Energy Solutions APAC Commitment Committees with the relevant departments in timely manner and with the proper audience
- Liaise with Business Development Oversight (BDO) Department at Group level to organize and schedule the regional and group Commitment Committees
- Monitor and control the projects pipeline reporting and support the BDO and the BD community in preparing activity reports
- Manage the documentation related to the Commitment Committees : communicate, archive and control the management of the documents
- Support the Asset Management in implementing proper guidelines for document management on Sharepoint
- Support the BD projects pipeline monitoring reporting using Salesforce
- Organise business internal event such as sharing session promoting OneENGIE culture
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- Proven flexible team player who works well with others, open to cultural diversity.
- Strong coordination, self-motivated, problem solving.
- Ability to multitask and to work effectively under pressure.
