Job Description & Requirements :
The role of Audit Associate is to execute risk-based external audits for the business, as part of the company’s statutory annual audit engagements. The Audit Associate is reporting to their Senior, Manager and Audit Partners which will conduct company annual audits from planning through to completion.
The main role and responsibility of Audit Associate is to assist the team with the planning and administration of audit assignments, enabling completion to a high standard within agreed timetable and budget and is motivated to perform and committed to effective client service and the quality of work meets the company’s ethical and professional standards and supports organisational success.
Job Description :
1. Conduct full range of audit for SMEs from various industries;
2. Support the planning, execution and completion of audit assignments;
3. Prepare financial statements and communicate findings;
4. Monitoring the engagement progress ensuring deadline is met;
5. Coach and train juniors to work independently; and
6. Develop and maintain productive working relationship with the clients.
Requirement :
1. Minimum 1 year of audit or relevant work experience;
2. Candidates must possess at least a Degree in related field;
3. Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standards on Auditing;
4. Familiar with Microsoft Words and Excel;
5. Willing to learn new system;
6. Is focused, can work on a fast-paced environment, and can handle work under pressure;
7. Well organized and has a mature mindset; and
8. Is dynamic and independent at work.
