Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the inbound sales on orders processing, coordinating deliveries, inventory and sales orders analysis/reporting.
Specifically, you will
- Work closely with Sales to understand product demands, ensuring precise forecasting.
- Communicate and follow up with suppliers for shipping, coordinating with freight forwarders and overseeing customs clearance.
- Manage Inventory, aligning physical stock with ERP records, and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate dispatch for delivery deployment and utilization.
- Accurately and promptly process orders, managing the billing process.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, conducting cost-benefit analysis.
Requirements
- You should have a Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics.
- You should be proficient in ERP system, possess good interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate ownership and initiative.
- Have a Growth mindset, being customer focused
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Meticulous with details
