Job Overview:

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive customer adoption of our MO Coffee Solution by securing commitments for a 3-month trial period. This role involves engaging with potential clients, presenting the benefits of our solution, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Understanding:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the MO Coffee Solution, including its features, advantages, and customization options.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Identify and approach potential customers, primarily in the F&B industry.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the MO Coffee Solution and its potential impact on their business.
  • Trial Offer Presentation:
  • Present the 3-month trial offer, emphasizing the opportunity for customers to experience the benefits of the solution risk-free.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with decision-makers in the target market.
  • Address customer queries and concerns, providing solutions to ensure a smooth trial experience.
  • Documentation and Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and marketing aids are completed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set up and configure the MO Coffee Solution for the customer, including training the customer on the use of the coffee machine.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Gather feedback from customers during the trial period to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement.

  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, trial sign-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports to the management regarding progress and challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical details about the MO Coffee Solution.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.

Language Requirement: Fluent in both Chinese and English for effective communication with a diverse range of potential customers.

This role is crucial in driving the adoption of the MO Coffee Solution and requires a proactive individual capable of building relationships and effectively communicating the value of the product.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Salary: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
