Job Description & Requirements
· Train and manage staffs including cashier, kitchen assistant and other employees
· Manage suppliers, supplies costing, food preparation, compliance to strict hygiene standards
· Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards and customer preferences.
· Execute and oversee food preparation process and food standards
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
