Job description:
- Oversee and govern all data to create reports with effective visualizations of team activities, ensuring the data is presented in a format that can be shared with a broader team, including sales, merchandising, and training.
Regular deliverables:
- Periodic reports by extracting data from GFA, channel sales, and training reports.
- Provide monthly insights into market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain a comprehensive report archive. Comparisons with past data across all channels, products, and sales when asked.
Goals and objectives:
- Promote team alignment by providing clarity on the current position and guiding future directions through numbers and data.
Aid both the team and XFN in making well-informed decisions by comprehensively understanding both ongoing and historical data.
Measurement:
- The quality of reports, considering punctuation, usefulness, data accuracy, accessibility, and insight quality, with measurements conducted by CSA lead and XFN.
- Ensure there is a continuous improvement process in place, taking action based on the feedback received.
