Roles & Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support for HR executives
-To handle MOM - WPONLINE & EPONLINE for application and renewal of worker's permit
-Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
-Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
-Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
-In charge for Employees training arrangement
-In charge for Company Insurance (WICI, FMI, PL), Motor Insurance, Road Tax
-Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding
-Dormitory management
-Any other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Details:
-Location: Sembawang
-5 days work week (830am to 530pm)
-Contract Duration: 1 year renewable
-Salary: up to $2,500
Requirements:
-Minimum Nitec/higher Nictec
-Fresh gradurate can be considered but experience in the construction sector preferred.
-Outgoing & confident, with good communication & problem-solving skills.
-Microsoft skills required.
