Overview:
Our Healthcare client is looking for Assistant Finance Manager to manages the accounting function and processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the organisation financials.
Job Description:
- Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring their professional growth and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with organisation policies, international accounting standards, and relevant tax regulations
- Monitor and manage the organisation cash flow, ensuring there are adequate funds to support operations and capital projects. Implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity.
- Collaborate with various departments, operational teams, and shared services to gather and provide financial information and support organisation financial needs.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient with SAP application
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience managing a team
