Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Liaise with teachers on make-up classes, absentees, and other logistical matters.
- Manages student databases, track payment status, attendance and assist to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle student registration.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Respond to walk-in queries promptly, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Respond to WhatsApp queries from parents and students in a timely and informative manner.
- Prepare lesson materials by printing and stapling worksheets, ensuring timely availability for teaching staff.
- Assist teachers in classroom when required.
- Opening and locking up the center.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude in handling administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents and students.
- Availability to work on weekends to support the operational needs of the center.
Working Hours:
- 5 days for Singapore Citizens
- Wednesday to Sunday
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
Salary:
- SGD$1,900 to SGD$2,300
