As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be working with our leadership teams in ASEAN to attract, engage and hire the very brightest minds in the industry to help us build the Microsoft of tomorrow. Responsibilities
- You will lead the hiring for a large, complex Sales-driven organization. This is a hands on, but highly strategic recruiting role.
- You will partner with Senior Leadership Teams to drive impact across the full spectrum of recruiting, consulting on diverse hiring, screening in, talent availability, insights and opportunities to differentiate Microsoft in the external market.
- You’ll also present businesses with broad talent market and channel insights to drive hiring plans, strategic recruiting insights and recommedations.
- Taking ownership of the entire candidate experience, you’ll leverage compelling messaging to differentiate Microsoft’s unique career possibilities. You’ll also create innovative sourcing strategies, including ways to generate differentiated talent.
- You will manage the candidate assessment framework and screening process, while identifying best practices for both.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to the role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of recruiting senior or executive level sales / go to market roles, managing e.g 20-25 roles at any one time.
- Prior mentoring or Leadership experience.
- A data-driven approach to recruiting, using insights to drive impactful storytelling.
