DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with design / project team, consultants / contractors to ensure compliance of design intent
- Produce conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings including selection of material
- Handover of premises including monitoring of defect rectification and documentation
- Inspect works on site
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Degree in Architect from a University recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore
- Minimum 3-5 years of Rail/MRT experience
- Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices
- Conversant with local codes and regulations
- tactful in handling clients and contractors/sub-contractors
- strong supervisory and leadership skills
