M&E Project Engineer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services, including expertise in ACMV, Plumbing, Gas, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

1. Oversee Mechanical and Electrical projects, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
2. Collaborate with internal team and subcontractors for seamless communication and coordination.
3. Oversee design plan execution, ensuring timely project completion.
4. Conduct site visits, address coordination issues promptly.
5. Manage project timelines, keeping all parties informed.
6. Provide technical expertise in ACMV, Plumbing, Gas, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.

Design and Installation:

1. Collaborate on comprehensive M&E system plans and designs.
2. Supervise on-site installation and commissioning of systems.
3. Conduct testing to ensure functionality and compliance.

Documentation and Compliance:

1. Prepare detailed project documentation and maintain accurate records.
2. Enforce quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality.

Client Liaison:

1. Act as the primary contact between the project team and clients.
2. Provide regular updates and address client concerns promptly.
3. Foster positive client relationships through effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E project engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of ACMV, Plumbing, Gas, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant project management and engineering software.
