- Responsible for the supervision of Baristas
- Maintain a set standard of quality, service, product, and cleanliness
- Enforce standard operating procedures
- Maintain a profitable and reputable outlet
Requirements
- Minimum O Level / N Level /ITE
- Minimum 2 years of managerial F&B experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Able to commit to 5 days work week
- Must work both weekends and all public holidays
