Job Description:
- Greet and assist customers, providing a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of products and services, offering guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently, processing payments and providing receipts.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays, ensuring the store's visual appeal.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Recommend additional products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide after-sales support.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in sales promotions and events to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions, maintain cash registers, and reconcile daily sales.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including restrooms and fitting rooms.
Job Requirement:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively persuade and close sales.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to create a positive shopping experience.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
- Collaborative and willing to work seamlessly with colleagues.
- High energy levels with a passion for retail and sales.
- Ability to handle customer issues and find effective solutions.
