Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal team and subcontractors for seamless communication and coordination.
- Oversee design plan execution, ensuring timely project completion.
- Conduct site visits, address coordination issues promptly.
- Act as a liaison between clients and team, resolving conflicts.
- Manage project timelines, keeping all parties informed.
Drafting:
- Create detailed design drafts using software for precise representations.
- Collaborate with project engineers, incorporating feedback.
- Ensure drafting adheres to industry standards and client specifications.
- Provide clear documentation for project teams and clients.
Project Execution:
- Work closely with Engineers, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Assist in material lead time planning.
- Compile Operations & Maintenance Manuals (OMM) if necessary.
- Submit as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design with project coordination and drafting focus.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative flair and keen eye for design trends and details.
