We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team in the Pharma industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting utilities and plant equipment decommissioning activities. The Project Engineer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards, with a focus on change control management, SAP/CMMS plant maintenance, and calibration systems.
Responsibilities:
- Support utilities and plant equipment decommissioning activities, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with change control management processes to facilitate smooth transitions during decommissioning projects.
- Proficient in SAP/CMMS plant maintenance and calibration systems to manage equipment and processes efficiently.
- Knowledgeable in the creation and management of life cycle documents, including IQ/OQ/PQ/SOP, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Basic understanding of project management processes to contribute to the successful execution of decommissioning projects.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders involved in the decommissioning process. Ability to lead and manage weekly meetings related to plant handover.
- Provide regular progress updates on activities to the manager, ensuring transparency and accountability in project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of GMP and experience in the Pharma industry is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Project management certification is a plus
