SKILLS: CUCM and other CISCO Voice Devices like CISCO VG and trouble shooting on CISCO VG TDM / SIP Troubleshooting Exp / Exposure on SBC / Exp on Carrier Telecom Support
- Responsible for the operations and support of Session Border Controllers,
- Responsible for carrier technical support, voice backbone, VoIP gateways, voice fraud/security and the tools to monitor, alert, and troubleshoot.
- Work closely with Asia Pacific telecom carriers to resolve carrier level related issues
- Work closely with Asia Pacific telecom carriers to support growth requirements.
- Ensure application is optimized for the region.
- Hardware deployment is optimized for the region.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams in integration activities involving telephony or Contact Center.
- Operational support for voice edge infrastructure and the role is expected to be on standby.
