- Support planning and implementation of all IPC activities for the hospital.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to execute work plans in delivering better value to patients and staff.
- Monitor, review and communicate key indicators to Senior Management and stakeholders.
- Support department in platforms to improve communications and staff engagement in strategic meetings and updates.
- Support department in monitoring trend, analyse and interpret data.
- Propose strategies and plans to address challenges and changing needs including reviewing of plans, workflows etc.
- Assist and support process reviews, recommend work re-design, anticipate adjustments and implement change accordingly.
- Support development of IPC indicators - surveillance, epidemiologic capabilities and isolation requirement and resources.
- Assist in coordinating collation of activities, data and reports. Provide data-driven reports to projects and teams where needed.
- Collate and coordinate reporting to authority required.
- Undertake adhoc assignments
Requirements:
- Min Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant work experiene
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment, good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel using formulas, chart creations, VLookup and PIVOT functions etc.
