RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality and food safety systems aligned with internal and external standards.
- Assess the feasibility and acceptance of internal and external requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of change management processes and monitor progress.
- Review and analyze data to provide regular updates on food safety, quality, and service trends.
- Continually evaluate and trend process controls, food safety, and quality programs, and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Monitor and support the resolution of quality non-conformances by enabling in-depth root cause analysis, trend analysis, and stringent action follow-up, including validation of resolution effectiveness.
- Lead the Quality Assurance team, providing functional leadership for regular performance reviews, succession planning, staff development and training.
- Management representative (Food Safety Team Leader) to handle all food safety and quality related audits from regulatory, certification bodies and customers.
- Any other tasks delegated by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field
- Good Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000)
- Good Communication, Strategic Planning, Organizational and Analytical Skills
- Dealing with complexity, and eye for details.
