To provide reactive preventive maintenance, installation, and comissioning service to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to Getinge’s protocol.
- Implementing Field Corrective Actions.
- Handling administrative work associated with service delivery.
- Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
- Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department.
- · Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Company/ and or Manager
Requirements:
- Candidates with ITEand/ or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply
- More than 2 years of hands-on related experience in medical equipment installation and maintenance
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both verbal and written English
