Duties & Responsibilities
· Supports daily operations such as opening shifts and setting up the restaurant before operation hours
· Ensure cashier system and procedures are in place
· Maintains good communication with superiors
· Ensures restaurant is set up according to SOP.
· Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant before and after operations
· Assist the managers in monitoring of stocks such as wines, beverages, chemicals, stationeries and other operation needs
· Service and ordering duties when assigned
