Responsibilities:

  • Manage and work on 180-degree recruitment covers full candidate management cycle: sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer management, relationship building, and market insights for comprehensive talent acquisition.
  • End-to-End Candidate Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment and Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Determine their suitability for specific roles and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms of employment.
  • Market Research and Insights: Stay updated with industry trends and provide valuable market insights to clients, helping them refine their hiring strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Market Mapping: Analyse industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities and potential talent sources to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of recruitment experience, whether in tech or non-tech sectors, are encouraged to apply. We value a mix of fresh perspectives and seasoned expertise.
  • Open to Candidates from Non-IT Backgrounds: We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are interested in embarking on a career in recruitment.
