Your new role
- Provide project administrative support (e.g. scheduling, coordination and notetakingduties) for meetings, presentations and other project-related activities.
- Oversee the logistics for events, such as in-person workshops with partners.
- Assist in writing project updates and project reports
- Manage the procurement processes for external vendors, ensuring decisions aredocumented and in compliance with company policies.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking expenditure and contractual commitments; prepare a financial dashboard to provide project funders and stakeholders with regular and accessible updates.
- Support the project workstream leads with contracting processes and documentation work.
- Ensure that team members and partners have the tools, software and processes to work effectively, and that project-specific information is available and accessible to relevant team members and partners.
What you need
· University degree and/or business administration diploma. Open to fresh graduates as well.
· Experience in project management, office management or business administration, ideally gained in an international organisation, central bank, or private sector financial institution.
· High level of proficiency in MS Office applications (notably word, spreadsheet, presentation), email, and internet tools.
· Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise.
· Ability to pay attention to detail, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment, and work flexibly.
· Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent written and spoken English.
