Working Day: Mon to Fri
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Location: Eu Tong Sen Street (Clarke Quay)
Salary: $2000 - $2600
Responsibilities:
- Support local marketing team by facilitating execution of marketing activities.
- Examples of activities include social media content, school open day, art competitions, event boothing, etc.
- Assist in scheduling meetings for local marketing and industry relations teams.
- Follow up via email with studios, vendors, and prospective students
- Respond to questions from prospective students
- Check and monitor status of prospective students’ enquiries and applications.
- Submit materials for graduates’ career support initiatives.
- Ensure information on websites are up to date.
- Websites management
- Collate and submit selected students’ materials to film festivals, student awards etc.
Job Requirements:
- Prior coordinating experience preferred. No prior experience but willing to learn may apply. Entry level is welcomed.
- Interest in marketing, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro will be a plus.
