Responsibilities:
✅Lead a team to achieve targets for tenders and projects
✅Guide consultant and review their design to ensure the design adequacy to meet requirements
✅Present design results to the client and stakeholders
✅Optimize the design to reduce cost and construction schedule effectively.
✅Complete all design works including approvals and ensure delivered within construction schedule.
✅Coordinate with construction team to ensure constructability of designed scheme.
✅Train capabilities of design engineers.
✅Collect information on future projects & participate in improve site productivity.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil engineering
- Min 15 years experience in marine and/or coastal projects
- Experience in Project and Design Management.
- Passion in productivity enhancement (such as ICT, digital technology)
- Good writing and presentation skills as well as planning and documentation.
