E-Commerce Strategy Development:
- Devise and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the Company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to drive online sales growth
Customer Experience Optimization:
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience for customers.
- Identify and address pain points in the customer journey, ensuring seamless navigation and conversion.
Promotions and Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align promotions with in-store activities.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the retail e-commerce space.
- Utilize insights to propose strategies that keep the company at the forefront of industry trends.
Collaboration with Third-Party Platforms:
- Manage relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's online presence.
Requirements:
- Posses Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce management within the retail sector would be an added adavantaged
