Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, review and execute the full range of training operations- prepare training plans and schedule to resource optimization.
- Maintain record of essential documents /materials under preview.
- Ensuring customer loyalty and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Administrate candidates records
- Review and access existing programs, learning material aids and resources to meet the specific requirements
- Prepare checklists to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work procedures, minimize environmental impact associate with construction activities
Requirements:
- Pipe fitting & Structural Steel Fitting Relevant Trade Diploma issued by Building and Construction (BCA) Academy.
- Skills Evaluation Certificate (Knowledge) or equivalent.
- ACTA- Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment.
- Min 5-6 years of experience as a trainer.
- Able to start in short notice period.
- Positive working attitudes.
