Responsibility
- Overseeing store opening and closing, as well as managing daily sales deposits.
- Attend to customers enquiries and recommend accordingly
- Supervising inventory levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and managing the return cycle according to protocols.
- Supervising the store's workforce, training and to achieve KPI goals
- Improve existing work procedures and processes.
- Handling paperwork and participating in budget planning activities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma holders
- With 3 years of Retail or Supervisory Experience is preferred
- Has experience in Supermarket environment has added advantage.
