Job Description
We seek highly motivated individual who is keen to pursue a career in contact centre customer service to join our Customer Experience Team.
The Job
- Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
- Guide subscribers on digital publications
- Handle email correspondences
- Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions
- Able to interact with customers on digital support channels in a professional and timely manner
Job Requirements
- Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Familiar with social media channels and platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, chat bots).
- Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilient
- Passionate about customer service
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on weekdays during the subscription drive.
- Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8am to 12.30pm (approximately 3 times in 8 weeks)
