Job Description

We seek highly motivated individual who is keen to pursue a career in contact centre customer service to join our Customer Experience Team.


The Job

  • Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
  • Guide subscribers on digital publications
  • Handle email correspondences
  • Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions
  • Able to interact with customers on digital support channels in a professional and timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Diploma with one year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to converse in Mandarin with our Chinese speaking subscribers
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with social media channels and platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, chat bots).
  • Tech savvy, creative thinking and resilient
  • Passionate about customer service

Working hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm. Overtime may be required on weekdays during the subscription drive.
  • Required to work on Saturday or Sunday from 8am to 12.30pm (approximately 3 times in 8 weeks)
