1. Work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure Pega applications run efficiently and meet business requirements.
2. Provide first-level and second-level support for Pega applications, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
3. Manage and track incidents and problems related to Pega applications, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring issues.
4. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solution to these problem.
5. Troubleshooting and bug fixing.
6. Implementation of CRs/Enhancements.
7. System monitoring & log analysis.
8. Production code deployment.
Requirements:
1. Pega certification(s) such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is a plus.
2. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to Pega applications.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
4.Should have around 3-4 Years of PEGA 8 implementation and production support experience.
