HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with line managers to deliver full spectrum of HR services to all levels of staff in accordance with HR initiatives and policies.
  • Provide advice and guidance to line managers on the employment act, talent management and performance management related matters.
  • Work closely with management and employees to manage and develop their career further.
  • Conduct salary market surveys in Singapore, benchmark the best practices and make recommendations to management on salary structure that aligns to the sector.
  • Implement salary benchmarking that take into consideration internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Serve as HR point of contact in providing regular and timely operational advice to line managers and employees.

HR Operations

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly payroll information to outsourced payroll vendor and monthly mandatory online submissions to government agencies (when necessary)
  • Recruit and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Collaborate with line managers to understand skills and competencies required for vacancies.
  • Ensure onboarding and exit procedures are followed
  • Assist with employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • Manage employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR on the preparation of annual budgets, year-end accruals and in the preparation of monthly reports
  • Provide assistance and support in the planning of staff events and company-wide initiatives

Criteria

  • A degree in Human Resource
  • Certification in Compensation and Benefits will be an added advantage
  • IHRP certified
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the HR function with payroll responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (SAP)
  • Experience in the social service sector is preferred
  • Willing and able to work in a fast paced environment
