Job Description
- Handle rate inqueries from customers and overseas agents
- Prepare airfreight and seafreight quotation
- Follow-ups with customers for feedback & approval on shipment arrangement
- Work closely with operations teams for bookings
- Monitor shipment movement when necessary
- Prepare monthly tariff for FCL & LCL
- Involve in tender
- Monthly KPI report
- Others ad-hoc task when assigned
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics
- 2-3 years working experiences in Freight Forwarder/Seafreight/Shipping
- Knowledge in shipping documentation and carriers is a must.
- Good knowledge in Dangerous Goods & documentation
- Previously with Logistics Customer service experiences would be an advantages
