Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing technical support to project teams and project coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Sales Director to develop sales strategies, set targets, and create action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Sales Team Support: Provide support and guidance to the sales team, including training, coaching, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets.

Technical Expertise: Utilize strong technical knowledge of our physical security products and systems to support project teams and project coordinators in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting security solutions.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their security needs, and recommend suitable solutions. Provide technical consultation during the sales process.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the technical aspects of our products and services.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.

Technical Support: Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of security projects, including technical design, installation, and troubleshooting.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress towards targets, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Proposal and Contract Management: Assist in preparing technical proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering fields

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong technical knowledge of physical security systems and solutions.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
