· Responsible for assistance in maintaining full set of accounts;
· To calculate all worker’s salary and prepare the pay slip;
· To assist for submission of procurement management when instructed to;
· To assist in Human Resources tasks when instructed to;
· Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections;
· Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely;
· Prepares and monitor forecast when instructed;
· Input invoices into accounting system, handle payment to suppliers, maintain petty cash;
· Other accounts and administrative related works as instructed;
· Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, all Contractors, suppliers and any other relevant personnel;
· Maintains an organised workplace;
· To work as part of a team;
· Administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering of phone calls, filling & documentation, etc.;
· To ensure you maintain a clean and safe workplace;
· To undertake any other such tasks as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate supervisor.
