- Collaborate closely with managers, offering HR advice to boost team morale and achieve positive outcomes for both the business and employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, utilizing in-house sourcing and providing valuable market insights to hiring managers.
- Drive campus recruitment and enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
- Contribute to the Learning & Development Plan, ensuring effective training programs are implemented annually.
- Foster employee engagement through organizing HR and employee recreational events.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and disciplinary issues proactively.
- Actively participate in global and regional HR projects, contributing to impactful initiatives at the country level.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or other related courses with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment with direct sourcing capabilities will be an advantage.
