Job Purpose:
- Ensure timely execution of VM updates for Singapore counters and Indonesia.
- Design and manage workshop setup in Singapore and podiums in Indonesia
- Responsible for entering accurate forecast of VM SPMs in 4cast tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare VM guide for POS and ensure proper execution by conducting regular POS visits and requesting for photo updates.
- Guide Indonesian local team in providing accurate forecast of SPMs materials (display materials, dummies, testers and permanent materials), to check on campaign execution, which also includes follow-up on trip reports and improvement.
- Manage locally produced display, ensure production is within guidelines and products are presented as per Market’s product assortment.
- Logistic preparation for all SG counters openings/renovation and retro fit projects
- Support Indonesian local team in podium and atrium set up.
- Obtain all necessary approvals from CAP VM team and Trade partners for Podium/events design
- Guide Indonesian local team in managing modules, displays, dummies and permanent materials.
- Timely creation of VM related Purchase Orders for Singapore counters and Indonesia.
- Coordination with local suppliers for Purchase Order, packing slip and invoice tracking.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or equivalent
Work Experience
- Min 3 years of hands on visual merchandising, preferably in the Beauty industry
Required Competencies
- Excellent organization skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Attention to details
- Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Able to work late night for overnight set up supervision
- Team player
- Travelling in South East Asia required.
