Our client, a leader within the transportation industry, is looking to hire an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team. This position will start off as a 6-month contract and will then be converted to a permanent employee thereafter.
The Role
You will be reporting to the Finance manager and responsibilities include AP and AR scope up to closing of accounts. Activities consist of posting of journal entries, reviewing of expenses, processing of payments, performing reconciliations, submission of GST, preparing schedules and financial reports. You will also be involved in projects such as implementation of ERP as and when required.
Your Profile
You should possess a diploma or degree in accounting, and bring along with you 2 years of accounting experience (i.e. partial or full sets of accounts). You are able to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment, with high adaptability. You are good with numbers and are detailed oriented. Immediate availability preferred.
