Customer Service Ambassador
Monthly Salary - $2,000 - $2,500
Working time – shift work; 7am - 3pm; 3pm – 11pm
6 days work (Inclusive of Sundays and Public holidays)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Check-in/out of guests, issuance of key cards and amenities
- Front desk cashiering duties, including sales collection of room deposits and payment
- Handle walk-ins, emails, phone inquiries, and Internet hotel room reservations
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, directions, local attractions, etc.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, practice of all governing regulations to lodging operations, compliance to PDPA, etc.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and special requests in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times
- Checking of rooms upon completion of Housekeeping
- Control stock of all linens, amenities and supplies
- Minor rectification of issues and other incidents
- Co-ordinate/liaise with other co-workers to ensure smooth operation of the apartment
- Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Management
Requirements
- Basic operation of Point-Of-Sale machine and Property Management System software
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Has initiative and enjoys problem-solving
- Independent and reliable with good conduct and health
- Positive attitude and warm personality
- Great guest relation skills
- Attention to detail
- Good teamwork
Education & Certification
- Minimum Higher Nitec
- Fluent in English and one other language
- Very good written and oral skills.
- Computer literacy
- Relevant hotel customer service experience would be an advantage.
