Responsibilities:
Budget Management:
- Develop buying strategies and product allocation to maximize sales budget.
Merchandising Analysis:
- Create reliable reports, manage markdowns, and optimize inventory turnover and sales.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels, reorder products, and align inventory with sales forecasts and demand.
Market Insights:
- Identify local needs through competitor analysis and provide valuable input.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Retail Operations, E-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Warehouse teams to execute marketing plans and drive product sales.
Requirements:
- Posses Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of retail or merchandising experience in a similar field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on business understanding; Experience in data analysis and reporting would be an added advantaged.
