Customer Service Representative (Admin)
(Ability to Work in TUAS of Singapore Should Only Apply!)
Responsibilities :
· Responsible for processing customers' orders,
. Managing inventory and perform purchasing functions with shipment follow up;
. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments;
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level or qualifications with credit in English and relevant experience are welcome.
- At least 3 years' experience in Customer Service;
- Some knowledge of import and export handling;
- Some inventory control knowledge;
- With Microsoft Excel intermediate level;
- Stay in Singapore;
- Able to start work within short notice or immediately.
· Training will be provided
· Adaptable, independent with pleasant personality and a team player;
· Able to interact with all levels of people;
· 5-day week with transportation provided from Joon Koon MRT Station.
