Senior Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities :

Relationship Management:

o Establish good working relationships with key customers.

o Understand and maintain contact details with customers.

o Organize and conduct business reviews with customers.

o Customer site visits or regular telephone/Teams calls with customers.

o Establish and maintain customer price updates & price file management.

o Conduct regular reviews of customer margin to maintain profitability

Order Management:

o Part number creation

o Obtain up to date forecast information for key customers.

o Conduct forecast analysis on key accounts.

o Process customer orders and ensure orders are progressed to support requirements.

o Advise customer delivery dates on their Purchase Orders.

o Analysis of customer schedules to ensure stock availability.

o Support customer returns and raise credits as required.

o Processing certification for spot orders

o Customer declarations (export) and creation of commercial invoices

o Creation and management of customer kits

o Creation of works orders for parts to be sent to platers, liaising with warehouse for despatch/receipt.

o Liaising with warehouse to ensure orders are despatched on time to your customers.

o Support AR department when needed to ensure outstanding invoices are paid.

Drive Growth:

o Work with customers to solicit opportunities for growth.

o Handle Request For Quotations (RFQ) from customers.

o Collaborate with sourcing department to establish optimal solutions to secure growth.

o Negotiate with customers establishing pricing and lead times.

o When applicable, understand and negotiate contracts with customers.

Other Duties:

o Support the preparation of annual budgets.

o Kanban/VMI set up and maintenance of master lists.

o Regular Kanban/VMI reviews with key customers to identify any increase/decrease in usage, identify End Of Life (EOL) parts and determine when parts become excess.

o Any other duties as defined by management.


Requirements:

· Efficient in MS Office.

· Good analytical and communication skills.

· Pleasant personality

· Equivalent ‘A’ Level, Diploma or higher
