Job Description
- Plan and administer schedules for WSQ and non WSQ Programmes: Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), Workplace Learning Facilitator (WLF), Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Master in Learning and Professional Development programmes (MLPD)
- Plan and assign Adult Educators (AE)
- Plan and allocate classrooms.
- Plan and book for refreshment catering
- Ensuring that information boards are updated accurately.
- Publish and open training cohorts for registration via TMS and Website.
- Updating of schedules’ tracking file.
- Plan and prepare corporate schedules.
- Work with clients regarding their preferred schedule.
- Liaising with AEs and Clients regarding trainers’ availability.
- Manage training resources - classrooms and AEs.
- Facilitating venues to accommodate class size.
- Manage TMS and website – To ensure that there are at least 4 full cohorts published weekly amounting to 14 cohorts per month and 168 full cohorts on the Training Management System and IAL’s website for ACLP Programmes.
- Assist in the monthly AE payment report.
- Providing AEs with the name list 2 weeks prior to programme commencement date.
Job Requirements
- Singaporean or SPR
- Diploma holder
- Good English language skills in both spoken and written.
- Good communication and engagement skills required to liaise closely with Adult Educator (AEs).
- Work Experience in training administration preferred but not essential.
- Basic working knowledge in basic information and communication technology (ICT) skills.
Salary Budget – up to $2.6K
Work Location – IAL, within walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT station
