Main Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts AR/AP/GL, Cash book, Bank reconciliation, GST and CPF submission etc
- Ensure that all financial statements and reports are in accordance with the rules and regulations of government/tax bureau are prepared accurately and timely
- Responsible for processing accounting entries and ensuring timely preparation and accuracy
- Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts
- Organize and maintain filing system
- Proper Filing system of all Business Documents
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years experiences
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good English and Chinese communication in both orally & writing（Because our company’s HQ is Chinese, hence the accountant will have to work closely with the local office , via both verbal and written communication)
