- Handle taxpayers’ inquiries regarding different tax types, including Individual Income Tax and Property Tax, via the Helpline.
- Encourage and assist taxpayers in utilizing our e-Services and chatbot.
- Provide guidance to taxpayers on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and offer advice on their filing and payment obligations.
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- A-level or Diploma holder in related field
- Strong communication skills.
- Candidates without prior tax experience are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Suitable for students who are waiting for results who wishes to gain experience in call centre environment.
