DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate with design / project team, consultants / contractors to ensure compliance of design intent
· Produce conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings including selection of material
· Handover of premises including monitoring of defect rectification and documentation
· Inspect works on site
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Degree in Architect from a University recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore
· Minimum 3-5 years of Rail/MRT experience
· Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and local construction practices
· Conversant with local codes and regulations
· tactful in handling clients and contractors/sub-contractors
· strong supervisory and leadership skills
